The Dollar has been given a huge boost by Donald Trump's spending plans and tax cuts, along with the US being expected to raise interest rates this month.
Sterling has also been struck by reports that the Scottish PM Nicola Sturgeon is scheduled to order a second Scottish independence referendum.
Unsatisfying economic indicators have also weighed on the Pound after service sector output fell to a five-month low. Markets are now focused on Philip Hammond's 2017 Spring Budget on Wednesday.
The Pound fell once again against the Dollar to 1.2206. Sterling also fell against the Euro to 1.1524.
