The Pound Rose to a high of 1.1327 on Friday ahead of Thursday BOE Interest rate decision. The BOE are expected to raise interest rates to 0.5%.
Some are still questioning if the BOE will hike rates but if they do then the Pound will take advantage of a weak Euro and should surge to higher levels.
The Pound fell 2.1% versus the Dollar earlier on in the month due to lack of progress in Brexit negotiations. However, it climbed to 1.3167 over the weekend from 1.3112
Sterling is currently trading at 1.3155 against the Dollar and 1.1303 versus the Euro.
