The UK’s over-valued housing market could see a modest correction if Britain leaves the EU without a deal, with London being affected the most.
If they fail to find an agreement, then home prices in the capital, which has long been a magnet for foreign investors, may will fall by 3% in the six months after the March 29 split.
This will spill over dramatically to the residential market, with London bearing the brunt.
In London prices are predicted to fall 2.0% this year.
The Pound fell to $1.3023 this morning against the dollar. Sterling jumped up to 1.149 against the Euro.
