Sterling could strengthen if the Bank of England signals a more hawkish tone this week after the recent Brexit deal breakthrough.
While it is not expected that the BOE with rise rate as they did on Nov. 2, we could see sterling increase to as much as $1.35-$1.36 if policy makers recognize the progress that has been made in negotiations between the U.K. and European Union removes downside risks.
Not much movement in the pound this morning as it is trading at 1.333 against the dollar and 1.1317 against the Euro.
