Delivered to your door or nearest branch

You have the choice of home delivery, or collect from any branch¹. You will need to bring a valid photo ID such as passport or photocard driving licence when collecting your order from the branch. You can even choose a delivery date – within reason. You can also have the convenience of ordering your foreign currency delivery to your home on a Saturday for a small additional fee (£1.50).

The earliest currency delivery will be:

• the next working day, for orders placed before 3.00pm on any working day
• in 2 working days, for orders placed after 3.00pm on any working day
• after 1.00pm on Tuesday, for orders placed at the weekend

Working days are Monday to Friday. Exceptions apply on Bank Holidays. An imprint of the card and your signature will be required.
